What it does
- Ten organization fields, created on install and filled automatically when an organization gets a website. Use them in filters, lists, reports and exports like any other field.
- A Tech Stack panel on the organization page: platform, “Online store” or “Website”, and tags for store apps, marketing, analytics, payments, hosting and email provider, with the detection date and source.
- Enrich all: fill the organizations you already have, in the background, from Settings & billing.
- E-commerce depth: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and 3,000+ other technologies, including Shopify apps, reviews, loyalty, subscriptions and payment methods.

- The app creates the ten “Tech:” fields and starts watching for new or changed websites.
- Each website is matched against our monthly crawl of the top websites; others get a quick live scan of the public homepage and public DNS.
- Open Settings & billing (from the Tech Stack panel) to see usage, run “Enrich all” or upgrade.

FAQ
What does it need to work?
Only the Website field of your organizations. When an organization has a website, Orbifetch looks up the technologies that site uses and writes them into ten “Tech:” fields on the organization.
Which data does the app read?
Organization records only: the record ID and the website field. It never opens persons, deals, activities, emails, notes or files.
Where does the data come from?
From our monthly crawl of public homepages and public DNS records, which follows robots.txt and identifies itself as OrbifetchBot. Sites we haven’t crawled recently are scanned live: one request to the public homepage.
What counts as an enrichment?
One company website per calendar month. Refreshing the same organization again that month is free, and websites we can’t read (offline, blocked, robots.txt) don’t count.
Can I enrich the organizations I already have?
Yes. Settings & billing has an “Enrich all” button that fills every organization with a website in the background, within your monthly limit.
Does it slow Pipedrive down or use my API limit?
It uses Pipedrive’s API through the app’s own OAuth connection and stays far below Pipedrive’s rate limits: bulk runs cap themselves at a small share of your daily API budget.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Open Settings & billing from the Tech Stack panel. Payments are handled by Freemius, our merchant of record; you can cancel anytime in the Freemius customer portal.
How do I uninstall?
In Pipedrive go to Tools and apps → Marketplace apps, find Orbifetch Tech Stack and choose Uninstall. We delete your access tokens immediately.
