Terms of service: Orbifetch Tech Stack
These terms apply to the Orbifetch Tech Stack app for Pipedrive and the service at crm.orbifetch.com (“the service”), provided by Orbifetch (“we”). By installing or using the app you accept them on behalf of your organization.
1. The service
The service detects technologies used by the public websites of organizations in your Pipedrive account and writes them into organization fields. Detection is based on public signals (homepage code, HTTP headers, public DNS) and is best effort: results can be incomplete or wrong, and websites change. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability.
2. Accounts and access
Your Pipedrive company is your account. You must have the right to connect it, and you are responsible for the users who can open the app’s panel and settings. You can disconnect at any time by uninstalling the app.
3. Plans, limits and fair use
- Free: 25 companies per calendar month. Starter: 500. Growth: 3,000. A company is counted once per month however often it is refreshed; websites we can’t analyze are not counted.
- Bulk enrichment runs in the background and respects Pipedrive’s rate limits, so large runs can take hours.
- Don’t use the service to analyze websites you have no business interest in, to resell its raw data, to build a competing data set, or in ways that break Pipedrive’s terms or the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, after notice where possible.
4. Payment, renewal and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by Freemius, Inc., our merchant of record, under its own buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in the Freemius customer portal and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment at support@orbifetch.com. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to your CRM data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. The technology data we add to your records may be used by you for your internal sales and marketing.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid service we will refund the unused part of prepaid periods.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any subscription. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your installation data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Third parties
Pipedrive is a trademark of Pipedrive OÜ. The app is built by an independent developer and is not made, endorsed or supported by Pipedrive. Your use of Pipedrive and Freemius is governed by their own terms.
